Astana, between the complementary phase of Geneva and the comprehensive solution project

Since the beginning of the conflict in Syria was the actors in Roj ava Kurdistan position always heading toward a national solution involving pan-national Syrian forces were those powers consistently maintained that no solution could be to see the light only to have a national distinction and stems from the Syrian-willed, and built the need and aspiration of the Syrian people, this was not the position in real time, but a fixed position remained democratic forces in Roj  Ava confirms its role in a while, a more strategic vision of what is the opinion or condition to resolve.

Powers which met under international auspices in Geneva in different phases has not been able to come out of what is the benefit of the process translation because  the powers that participated are the same who hinder the solution on Syrian territory, in the sense that the insulation process that forces  aspires it which  pose a solution to other powers, including the democratic forces in Roj Ava- northern Syria as a policy and as a decision to isolate or exclusion is inwardly prejudge the lack of success of those negotiations, or  what the cause of their lack of success then?

In particular it has been held a long series of negotiations !!, today when Astana  come  and carry the same single-party approach in the diagnosis of the solution or trying to put it, then it is failed in the solution, and the forces that would like the meeting in Astana, be aware that if they were exported exclusionary attitudes from Geneva to Astana , then it is better not to hold the meeting because it would be a waste of time.

Process that raised forward by international parties with respect to the cease-fire as a gesture for the solution must be comprehensive in the consensus powers pan sense on it, and take it as a position of principle and important for the solution, because under these contradictions can`t be any negotiated path to see the light, the operation of the military aspects and the political need to be a general consensus, otherwise the repetition of failure and lack of solution will be master of the situation.

SDF are forces have proven their quality and efficiency in the fight against terrorism, the results can be considered the most important if taken the reasons for the collapse of the system of satisfaction in Syria and the region, which forces runs beyond the 30% of the pan-Syrian geography and controlled on it. The  democracy  troops offered more than once commitment to any international resolution with the ability to implement in terms of geography, if they participate in Astana measured geographical proportions controlled by military forces standards, then democratic  Syria forces are eligible to participate unreservedly in terms of the ratio and the ability to control, but if the metrics  in described or political influence it is certain that these forces are the forces of the components of northern Syria stems from the will of the community, a sense that it represents. Not to mention the Roj Ava  have a management, institutions and organizations to ensure offering a vision for solving .We have put forward a lot of these visions and we were at the time and we are still able to be represented, also the military forces have political institutions  represented it , for example, the Council of Syrian democracy and self-management solution projects and these projects are now translated on the ground has proved its role in the solution, and the success of these institutions led to the launch democratic federal project to northern Syria, which no longer poses a crisis solution in the region, but a comprehensive vision of a democratic solution in the whole of Syria and the region, that this project get a strong response at all repeated claims on the subject of division or retail, therein lies the solution of the Syrian National comprehensive though these projects have been launched from Syrian territory by our diagnosis of the solution. While other powers meet in overseas and can`t agree on the vision which can be applied on the ground! .

Mental negotiating based on the exclusion does not bring with it the solution, the issue is not the subject of Astana or Vienna or Geneva, as long as the general decision is independent and controlled by some countries, depending on their interests and agendas, this is the endeavors throttle at all and efforts related to the solution, the right which has been granted to Turkey in control who will participate It  and who is not involved and through Turkey’s bloody past in Syria indicates that the decision shackled ambitions and agendas, we as a party of Syrian strive always to the solution, and we did not go beyond the national role in that deny or exclusion one. Syrians have to choose who represents them as we are an influential and important player in the section on implementation and compliance, therefore exclude us implicit purpose which its goal is instability and enduring chaos in our country and increase the suffering of the Syrian people, the issue is related to morality especially the national and the forces that are struggling in the solution should not be a party by calling for the meeting without the participation of pan-Syrian forces.
