5 activists from Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Guatemala have visited the hunger strikers in Berlin talking with them about the reason for the protest as well as their health situation.
Hunger strikers Ömer Bağdur, Cemal Kobanê, Mele Mustafa Tuzak, and Şiyar Xelil have received the group of activists.
The activists expressed their support for the demand of the hunger strikers, to end isolation imposed on Abdullah Öcalan.
The Latin American activists said they would inform about the hunger strike resistance in their countries.
Although the hunger strikers are suffering serious health problems, yet they said they would continue fasting until isolation is lifted.
It is noteworthy that the parliamentarian Leyla Güven is leading the hunger strike resistance which is now carried out by thousands in prisons and around Europe and the world.
