The activities of the second day of the eighth conference of the Democratic Union Party begin

Today morning, Tuesday 25 February 2020, the activities of the second and last day of the eighth conference of the Democratic Union Party began with a discussion of the annual (organizational and political) reports.

Diwan” administrative board” was elected to the conference and read the directions and reports prepared for the conference at the end of the activities of the first day.

The eighth conference of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) will be held under the slogan “By the Democratic Union, we will defeat the occupation, develop Autonomy Department and build a democratic Syria.” And in the presence of the party’s joint presidency and more than (600) members.

A joint chairmanship of the party, members of the General Council and the Discipline Commission will be elected in the second half of the activities of the second day of the conference.

On the sidelines of the conference, a sample of party members confirmed that the party’s eighth conference is of great importance because of the important decisions that will result from it in light of the sensitive circumstances of the north and east Syria region in particular and Syria in general.
