PYD Holds a Public Meeting in Al-Darbasiyah District

The Democratic Union Party (PYD) held a public meeting in Al-Darbasiyah district of Al-Hasakah canton in the center of Culture and Art in the presence of tribal figures, politicians and religious figures.

The meeting began by holding a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs’ lives, then the political situation was discussed by Suleiman Khalil, the co-chair of al-Darbasiyah district. He referred to Turkey’s continuing threats to the north and east of Syria, stressing that these threats only increase our determination to resist adding that the free peoples will achieve victory and the closure of all these threats to failure, for their part, tribal figures made sure to resist and cling to the ground.
