MSD Denies Sending 3 Delegations to Damascus, Jordan, Moscow

In an official statement issued by the Information Office of the Syria’s Democratic Council(MSD), on Thursday, August 15, it published on its official website a statement, denying all media reports about the departure of three delegations from MSD to Damascus, Jordan and Moscow in response to the US-Turkish agreement on establishing of the safe area, the statement described this news as “untrue and pure fabrication baseless and comes in the context of influencing public opinion and confusion on the work of the council at the current stage.

It is worth mentioning that the Russian agency Sputnik published this news falsely, in a sign that these moves “delegations” came in response to the agreement between Washington and Ankara in the safe area.

The Russian news agency “Sputnik” reported that three delegations from the MSD went to Damascus, Jordan, and Moscow and were covered by other media,

We in the media office of MSD assure the public opinion that this news is untrue and a pure fabrication that is unfounded and comes within the framework of influencing public opinion and confusing the work of the council at the current stage.
