We will not accept any constitution which does not guarantee the rights of the Assyrians, Druze, Turkmen and all the ingredients of nationalism in Syria pan within the federal system, and based on the free will of the people.
When we accept the federal which belongs to kurds only of a deal with Russia or the regime which means that we play with the rest of the ingredients and our allies, any regimes that`s accept the rights of the Kurds without the rest of the national components , this weakening of the inherent guarantees for our rights.
Constitution submitted by the Russian is weak constitution within some pluses, but it is not represent our ambition, and does not serve the truth and substance of true democracy and the will of the people, and will not retreat from our democratic federal secular project and we will work to establish it ,not only in the Roj Ava and North Syrian, but Syria in general , also our project is not a geographical local project tight, but it is a project that aims to lead all Syria towards peace and stability, and we have the ability to lead Syria, we will not leave Syria to others … and we will win.
