Arm breaking battle. Erdogan’s mercenaries and the Syrian regime

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that mercenary gangs affiliated with Turkey, with full Turkish support, begin an intense missile operation on the positions of the regime forces east of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory had spoken, today, that the Turkish army had promised the mercenaries to launch a massive military operation against the regime forces if it did not retract its advance areas in the vicinity of the Turkish points.

And the Turkish occupation forces deployed about 6 thousand Turkish soldiers and 1,400 vehicles in Idlib and Aleppo countryside during the past days.

This escalation comes in conjunction with the return of the Russian delegation to Turkey, where he will hold talks with the Turkish side on the situation in Idlib.

Tensions escalated between the regime forces and Russia on the one hand and Turkey on the other hand against the background of the regime’s control of the strategic town of Saraqeb, where Turkish soldiers were killed by regime forces’ fire, while Erdogan announced the bombing of the latter’s sites.

On the 8th of this month, both Russia and Turkey discussed in Ankara the situation in Idlib, but they failed to reach new understandings. Is this attack due to the failure of the talks, or is it a Russian-Turkish agreement?
