After two years, the international community did nothing for Afrin, and it allowed Turkey to occupy other areas

After thousands of terrorist mercenaries took with them the Turkish regime claims victory in Syria. Afrin, where olive branches symbolized peace, was cut off by terrorism and its residents were displaced.

Two years since the Turkish army, accompanied by terrorists, occupied the Afrin region, at the beginning of 2018, Turkey and terrorist groups declared war on this beautiful region of Syria with a Russian and international green light.

After resisting its population for nearly two months, they were unable to withstand the deadly weapons that Turkey used until the German-made tanks were involved. The NATO weapons were on the side of Turkey, the Security Council was silent, and the world closed its eyes to this aggression and to the war crimes committed by the Turkish regime’s army, which accompanied the terrorists (ISIS and Al-Nusra).

Two years the people of Rojava and Afrin are asking the Human Rights Council to remove Turkey and its terrorists from their land. Today, after two years, Turkey has also occupied the cities of Srê Kaniyê and Garê Sibî in northeastern Syria.

Turkey’s goal is to kill the Kurdish people and eliminate the democratic project in northern Syria, as well as gathering terrorists again to fight the Kurdish people, as ISIS has done.
