The Democratic Union Party holds its annual meeting in the areas of Al-Hasakah region
The Democratic Union Party (PYD) held its annual meeting for the areas of Al-Hasakah, in the presence of the administrators for the areas of “Southern, Eastern, and Western”, in the Eastern District Council in Hasaka Province.
The meeting began with a minute’s silence in remembrance of the souls of the martyrs of freedom and democracy, then Yousra Al-Hussein, the administrative in the southern side, welcomed the attendance, and explained the meeting program, then Ramadan Fattah touched on the latest political developments in the region in general, and northern and eastern Syria in particular, and stressed that the main goal Turkey’s occupation of the territories is to revive ISIS in the region, but this goal has failed, thanks to the great resistance of the Syrian Democratic Forces against the dark terrorist forces.
The annual reports of each side were also read, and then the organizational situation was evaluated by Mustafa Ahmed, the joint president of the Hasaka province, and the door for discussion was opened to attendees to assess the organizational situation over the course of a whole year, and the meeting concluded with proposals and a new working mechanism for the new year.
