Die Linke Co-chair Katja Kipping issued a call on her social media accounts and commented on Erdogan’s reaction
to the elections after Turkish President and AKP Leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan refused to recognize the outcome of the March 31 elections.
She said that Erdogan has openly called for new elections to take the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and continued: “The Despot simply does not acknowledge his defeat.”
Die Linke Leader Kipping called on the Federal Government led by Chancellor Merkel to stop military aid and cooperation with Erdogan regime.
