Statement to Public Opinion

The Secretary-General of the Future Syria Party Hevrin Khalaf was ambushed by the sleeper cells of the terrorist organization ISIS for cars passing on Qamishlo-Manbij road. She was martyred by this terrorist organization whose cells woke up with the start of the Turkish attack on northern and eastern Syria after suffering a heavy defeat by the SDF in its last strongholds in the town of al-Baghouz.

The Turkish attack on our areas in northern and eastern Syria is an attempt to occupy and assault the legitimate rights of the components of northern Syria and destabilization achieved under the Democratic Autonomous they share to manage their regions, and it is a revival of the terrorist organization(ISIS) to return and threaten the world again.

We also condemn this terrorist act against the Secretary-General of the Future Syria Party, Hevrin Khalaf, and stress that it is a heinous crime against humanity first and women and the experience of women-led democratic Autonomous Administration with men side by side. We call upon the daughters and sons of northern Syria to rally around their SDF forces to defend their historic land against the fascist Turkish occupation that violates international law by its aggressive attack on northern and eastern Syria
