Hassan Ali: There is no solution in Syria without participating SDC

Member of the Presidential of the Syrian Democratic Council SDC, Hassan Mohamed Ali, considered that the recent statements issued by the American envoy are “phased”, stressing that any proposal to solve the Syrian crisis without the areas of northern and eastern Syria will not bring with it more chaos.

A few days ago, the American special envoy to Syria, James Jeffrey, made statements calling on all foreign forces to leave Syria, including the American forces, but Jeffrey’s statements confirmed that the United States has no problem keeping Russian forces in the country.

There were many analyzes regarding Jeffrey’s statements, and observers agreed that they reflect certain American-Russian agreements regarding the Syrian file, especially with regard to the necessity of removing Iran from Syria.

The consensus started between America and Russia in 2015

In this context, member of the Presidential of the Syrian Democratic Council, Hassan Muhammad Ali, said in a meeting with ANHA agency, “The Russian-American agreement to remove Iran from Syria is within the agreements that had started in 2015, with the sharing of influence between the areas of West Euphrates and areas of East Euphrates, but This compromise having disrupted by the intervention of regional powers such as Iran, which interfered with Russia in the West of the Euphrates, and Iran had previous interests with the Syrian regime.

Hassan Muhammed Ali added, “The Iranian presence in Syria near the border areas with Israel raised the concern of the latter, which the Iranian influence is considered a threat to, which caused the Iranian presence to receive several Israeli military strikes that were carried out in tacit agreement with Russia because Russia did not show any reaction after any military strike carried out by Israel. “

We do not need the foreign forces when all components obtain their rights

A member of the presidential committee of SDC pointed out that the stay of foreign forces in Syria will not be necessary “when the Syrian crisis is resolved and all components obtain their rights.”

In the context of his talk about the foreign presence in Syria, Hassan Mohamed said, “After the elimination of ISIS and the elimination of the factions that have classified terrorists, then political negotiation will begin in a situation somewhat similar to the global situation after the end of the First World War.”

He added, “The political negotiation continued for years after the end of this war, and the superpowers will seek to consolidate their interests on Syrian soil, in competition with regional powers that will be shocked with those (superpowers).”

The trend towards solving the Syrian crisis may delay the implementation of Caesar’s law

Regarding the possibility of postponing the implementation of the Caesar Law, which is supposed to come into effect at the beginning of next June, member of the Presidency Hassan Hassan Ali pointed out that “Caesar’s Law constitutes an economic pressure factor by the United States of America on the regime to push it towards a change, and postpone it.” It is possible that when a Russian-American agreement is reached to solve the Syrian crisis, and the regime’s approach to the solution will save the Syrian people from the economic and living harm that will result in the implementation of this law, since the main victim of the high dollar price is the people.

Jeffrey’s statements are interim and the United States has long-term strategies

Speaking of the strategies of the United States of America in the region, a member of the presidential committee SDC since 1990 America has developed long-term strategies for the region such as the New Middle East Plan and the broader Middle East and has waged wars for its implementation, but within these strategies they have had interim tactics Such as agreeing with some forces or neutralizing others, to bring about the changes that the United States deems necessary in the region. Today, Syria has become the land of climax in the American campaign of change for the Middle East, and that the American statements are interim and do not reveal long-term strategies.

Referring to the recent statements of James Jeffrey, the US envoy to Syria, Muhammad Ali said, “James Jeffrey sent messages to Russia about the possibility of their staying within the agreements signed with the regime indicating the United States accepting Russia to stay after the Syrian crisis was resolved, provided Russia supports the solution that ends this crisis.”

A member of the presidential committee of SDC continued his talk about Jeffrey’s statements, noting that it came “as an attempt by James Jeffrey to absolve the United States of repeated accusations that it aims to divide Syria.”

Marginalization of Syrian national powers will not end the Syria crisis

On the possibility of resolving the Syrian crisis without concurring with the opposition forces inside Syria, Ali said, “In isolation from the Syrian national forces, it is not possible to find a solution to what is happening in Syria, and we have seen many international agreements that have failed due to the marginalization of major forces on Syrian soil, so marginalizing the north and east regions. Syria is failing previous agreements. “

Ali explained that “these areas represent a large area of Syrian land, and imposing decisions taken without conformity with the political references in the regions of northern and eastern Syria, which is SDCwill create more chaos.

Syrian crisis

In his talk about the Syrian Democratic Council’s vision of solving the Syrian crisis, Hassan Muhammad Ali explained, “From the beginning, SDC has established the main foundations of its priority is the Syrian –Syrian dialogue, so we worked to gather the opposition political forces, we could to held several meetings and talks at level of Syria, like the “Syrian-Syrian Dialogue Forum”, that was held in Ain Issa and once in Kobani, its purpose to to find a rapprochement between the Syrian opposition forces for a future vision of the situation.

Hassan Muhammad Ali added, regarding the vision of solving the Syrian crisis, “We have formed workshops with the Syrian opposition forces in Europe in addition to preparing for the Cairo conference that will be held during the next time period, which will bring together the majority of the Syrian opposition forces. We have also worked to conduct a constructive dialogue with the Syrian regime and we have carried out Indeed, it held dialogue sessions during the last period, but it collided with the regime’s departure from the solution. “

At the end of his speech, he emphasized that “the Syrian Democratic Council pursues a flexible policy and directs all Syrian forces towards a solution with the aim of saving the Syrian ship from the crashing waves, as we are working to reach the departments in northern and eastern Syria to become a role model in other Syrian regions.
